Rinse the soybeans thoroughly. Place them in a pot, cover with plenty of water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender. Drain and use as desired. For soy milk, blend the cooked soybeans with water, strain, and heat the mixture. For tofu, add a coagulant and let it set before pressing and cooking.
