Quatre épices is a spice mix used mainly in French cuisine, but can also be found in some Middle Eastern kitchens. Its name is French for “four spices”; it is considered the French allspice. The spice mix contains ground pepper (white, black, or both), cloves, nutmeg, and dried ginger. In French cooking, it is typically used in soup, ragout and pot-cooked dishes, vegetable preparations, and charcuterie, such as pâté, sausages, and terrines.

    The spices are ground at lower speed than standard pulverisers. This helps retains the nutrients and natural oils of the spices. That is why you need to add less quantity when you use our blends.

  • WOMEN EMPOWERMENT - Our spices are prepared by the hardwork of local women by hand i.e we do not use any machines. Therefore we are a little expensive then other brands.
  • SMALL BATCHES - All blends are prepared in small batches of 5-10 kgs to maintain freshness in all products.
  • LESS REQUIREMENT - Since the spices are full of flavour, the required quantity in any dish is very small. Less than half than your usual quantity.
