Fat Daddio's ProSeries Cake and Pastry Rings are a baker and chef's quintessential tool in the home kitchen, bakery, or restaurant for making culinary creations. Crafted for the modern baker and cook, these bottomless molds have a hand-welded, polished, silver mirror finish for minimal mess and easy release for a great presentation. Use these multi-use, straight-sided round rings on a sheet pan, skillet or griddle. These 18-gauge (1 mm thick), stainless-steel rings are also oven, grill, toaster oven and freezer safe up to 932° F (500° C).
